Miss Cahaba Valley - Anna Grace Deason

 Chloe is a gymnast from Louisville, Kentucky in her third year studying Interior Design, with a focus on Special Populations at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Passionate about inclusion, Chloe founded the gymnastics program of the Special Olympics and serves as the Vice President of the organization.  She has made strides to remove the 'dis' in disabled through her Service Initiative.

Miss Cahaba Valley - Anna Grace Deason

 Anna Grace hails from Millbrook, Alabama and is a junior at the University of Alabama at Birmingham studying Public Health with a minor in Political Science.  She is passionate about advocating for maternal health equity and educating Alabamians about prematurity awareness through her Service Initiative of Anna's Hope. When she is not in class, you might see her cheering on the Blazers!

Abby is a junior at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, where she is studying Communications.  Through her Service Initiative of Bridging the Gap, Abby is passionate about increasing education and resources to the Hispanic communities in Alabama and inspiring generation transformation through education for young Hispanics, connecting the two generations through higher education.

 Helen is a native of Birmingham, hailing from the Vestavia Hills area. She is an accomplished dancer, winning multiple awards in various styles of dance.  Helen's Service Initiative of Body Beautiful focuses on educating Alabama's youth that accepting yourself is the key to confidence! She uses her own struggle with scoliosis to help oth

 Helen is a native of Birmingham, hailing from the Vestavia Hills area. She is an accomplished dancer, winning multiple awards in various styles of dance.  Helen's Service Initiative of Body Beautiful focuses on educating Alabama's youth that accepting yourself is the key to confidence! 2026 Eligibility

To become a local Contestant you must meet the age criteria as shown below. 

  • Miss - ages 18-28 – must be 18 by the first day of the state competition, and no older than 27 at the state competition
  • Teen - ages 14-18 – must be 14 by the first day of the state competition and no older than 18 at the state competition. 
  • Once an 18-year-old decides on the division she will compete in, she may not change divisions until the next competition cycle.
  • Rising Stars age eligibility is 6-12
